Kapitel 88: Chapter 88 : Giving a testimony (1)

One must always be prepared for the worst when taking some risks. That's what I thought when I walked down the corridor, which felt shorter than usual.

Honestly, I was unsure what would happen after I entered this room. Even after inquiring several people about Mrs. Gabrielle and asking Mr. Hudson to keep a watch on her, there was only so much I could do. What's left to do is to pray for the best. 

I opened the door after standing in a daze for minutes. Inside the room, I saw a familiar view of the teachers looking at me dubiously. It's like a deja vu.

"Miss Williams, please sit down." Mr. Hudson was the first one to react. He motioned me to sit down. 

I sat down as he told me, as I suddenly realized that the headmaster wasn't here. Not that anything would change whether or not he was absent.
