Kapitel 103: New Contact II

The exploration of the Pegasus Galaxy has led to the discovery of lots of planets and some with life on them.

One such planet that was found was Proculus. Proculus is a planet in the Pegasus galaxy that contains an orbiting Stargate. It is also home to Chaya Sar an Ancient also known as Athar whose punishment is to defend the planet Proculus, and she is not allowed to do anything else besides that.

Chaya Sar once she had sensed the ships in orbit thought that it was another Wraith attack, but once she got a good look at the ships she noticed that these were no Wraith ships, so she made contact with the Commander of the fleet.

The Commander welcomed her onboard since they were here just exploring and any new races or species that they find they must initiate friendly contact at all cost unless attacked first.

Chaya Sar was taken to a room on the ship, where she sat down with the commander and talked about her history and the planets. Though she didn't tell the Commander that she was an Ancient as she wanted to keep that a secret since she has never heard of the Imperium, and she didn't want to reveal who she was.

The People of Proculus were a race of simple Humans. They live in Solitude from other worlds. They have never heard of the Wraith and their power. Athar which was what the people called Chaya Sar ensured that everybody was in perfect health, and provided them with enough food and supplies to sustain them.

After learning a little more about the world's history, suddenly a Wraith fleet had entered into the system and started to head to the planet Proculus.

Chaya Sar sensing the approaching fleet asked to leave the ship and return to her world. She wasn't a hostage nor was she held against her will, so the Commander let her go back to her world while he prepared to deal with the Wraith.

This wouldn't be the first time that he has dealt with the Wraith, so he was prepared to fight them.

The Wraith fleet had entered into range of the Imperium expedition fleet and the Commander was about to order the fleet to fire, but a powerful surge of power was detected from the planet and in an instant the Wraith fleet was wiped out.

The Commander was confused as to what happened and how it happened. He has never seen anything like this besides from the Emperor but when he thought about Chaya Sar he remembered how their meeting with her was a little weird, and he could tell that she was hiding something.

Instead of investigating further, he contacted the Imperium High command that was established on Atlantis. High command informed John of what happened, and the first thing that John thought of was that she must be an Ancient.

And if she was an Ancient, John wanted to know what happened to the Ancients to make them disappear from the galaxy. He also wanted to know how and why they made the Star Gates.

While the Star Gates were something that was unique use fall to the Galaxy, the reason why they were created was something that John wanted to know since obviously instant travel to any planet was a good reason, but John thought that there were more to it than that since with the Star Gates they could have taken over multiple Galaxies and maintained control over them through the use of the Star Gates.

There were many different things that could be the reason, but only the Ancients knew that answer.

John had taken an executor class ship to the location that the commander was at so that he can meet with this mysterious lady who is suspected to be an ancient.
