"The thing is you have to Learn how to release soul power from all part of your body at once" Ning feng responded.

"At once?" Nigo asked

"You've done it before so don't look at me like that. All you have to do is release the soil power from your hands first, then you release it from other parts of your all round and then you focus on your legs" Ning feng said.
