Zusammenfassung
Archelaus Tigra was hailed as a genius ever since the day he was born. He could write at the age of 1, speak at 15 months old, and solve puzzles which stumped even the smartest of wise men at the age of 4.
As a Prince of the Tigrian Kingdom he was hailed as a once in a century genius, but little did they know that he was a reincarnator from another world.

I would like to make a few clarifications, I typically don't forget things I've set up, so more often then not if something isn't clear or show at the beginning it will probably come into play a bit later.
Besides that this won't be a perfect depiction of One Piece as that is One Piece, I will try and follow the rules and lore Oda has set up as best as possible, but somethings will be altered or be my interpretation since the rules on certain aspects aren't all that clear. So its an AU in a sense.
Now another point, this won't be following Luffy's Journey or something this is simply a guy who wants to build a Kingdom, an Empire, so he doesn't have some hate boner for Luffy but is simply trudging along.
Rant over sorry about that, I hope you enjoy the story though.

Mediocre novel. Writing quality is subpar, characters lack depth (on "cardboard figure" level), the plot is generic and lacks creativity very much. Well, exept for "the devil fruit chooses it's master" trope, but that's not canon and pretty much cliché.
Mandatory shameless Author Review. This is obviously a One Piece fanfiction in which I'll try be doing some Kingdom Building shenanigans, hopefully I can deliver a satisfying story. To be clear somethings will probably be different from the true One Piece Universe, as either, A) I forget something, B) Wanna change it cause why not, or C) Oda hasn't really clarified yet so its up to my interpretation which may be wrong when it is clearly explained. Apart from that please do share your critiques and ideas about the novel in the comments or a review since frankly speaking I am FAR from a One Piece expert and will more likely then not end up getting stuff wrong. Rant over, now enjoy the novel.
I will stop here because I can see this is not for me. I come here expecting a kingdom building one piece fanfic but mc time is wasted in adventure and exploring and not growing his kingdom. really a king that dont rule his kingdom ? what a trash kingdom building fic. I love boa Hancock but how much mc is being a simp for her is ridiculous. he easily tell her one of the most profitable secrets of one piece(kill a devil fruit user nest to many fruits ) with a simple promise of her, he dont even know he real personality(she act like a submissive thot with luffy, it's extremely creepy. and she is more than 10 years older than him) so him expecting her to fallow in her promise is simple author forcing the plot

The book is good it's just that talking at 15 months old is funny to read I have nothing against the author or the story but idunno 15 months old sounds strange so I find it funny(its in the synopsis) however good work author and hope you continue this

Le royaume du tigre ou Tigra kingdom est prometteur, la familles royale manque un peu de charisme mais peu aller. Il y a aussi le zoan mythique du MC principal qui peut devenir très OP sinon que sont existence peut assiter à (peut être déclaré une guerre envers les autres pays) j'ai hâte de voir la rêverie si l'auteur l'ajoute 👍
Es una historia interesante y más si cumple con el cometido que se espera de estar basada en el desarrollo de un imperio y me gusta eso de que las relaciones no se fuercen sino que se construyan poco a poco así el mc que tiene una adecuada actitud como rey, lo único malo es la poca actualización que se hace

I don't know how to say it but he is not a king he is more like how to say pirate captain who have territory. the way he treats problem is kinda weird for king like he didn't have any trusted people, he always there solved all problems by himself. and I didn't like how he deals with Hancock he havehave/know her weakness but not exploit it and he seems OK how she treats him like garbage it's not like how king posed
