Oliver had been looking at that particular message from Chris for a while. It was the first time he had asked this since he started snubbing his texts. Maybe he should just tell him he didn't want to be friends with him anymore? But that would be mean. Chris had been nothing but nice. The problem lay with him. He was just going to accept the call invitation and let Chris know he was no longer interested in being friends. 

(Yes)

His hand hovered around the 'send' icon before he eventually sent it. He wasn't sure it was up to 30 seconds yet before his phone began to ring. He took in a deep breath and answered.

"Hello?" 

"Are you alright?" Chris's worried voice asked softly. 

"I..." 

"Did I by chance do something wrong?" 

"I'm sorry." Oliver sighed. "I just... I..." He sighed again. Maybe he shouldn't have answered the call in the first place.
