Why would the author give MC 15 wishes without limits (as said by R.O.B.) and use multipule wishes to grand 1 wish and nerv wishes for being too OP? Just reduce the wish count or say they have limits. Great sage = eidetic memory and instand mastery + some more. Use 3 wishes for it, instead of 1? Can use wishless character creator for his looks and then uses wish for it anyway. Really bad thought out
