That was when he took out the letter of recommendation. And the act began. "I-don't-know-where-to-go." He said in a rough English accent. Even though English was almost a natural language for him due to his father's side, he still had to put on a show.
The security guard looked towards his colleague, "A foreigner?" he said in Japan. The second one nodded. Then he looked at Toya once again, when he saw the seal on the letter of recommendation, it was of the international committee. Something way out of their pay grade. "Please-come-with-us-sir."
Toya half bowed his head as he looked at the guards with his Appraisal skill.

The Appraisal skill was quite good. It could be used on anyone or anything, as long as it was in his range of sight. And it even gave a hint about their quirk. The system informed that if the skill is leveled up he could even know the hidden potential of someone. Quite a neat trick.
Toya smiled gently as both of the guards escorted him through the back staff elevator. Their destination was the 44th floor. Where the head in charge would see through the recommendation letter.
If Toya had enough time and people to work with, he would have gone through 17, 28, 39 and 50 floors and shut down the whole security system. Just like how he originally planned. Then he or some of his people would go to the 25th-floor break into the server room and take the data. By the time the security noticed something off he and his teammates would have been of the building.
But now he was way short-handed. He had to do this.
The moment the elevator was on the 25th floor, —which didn't have a stop skipping the floor, as another security mesure— Toya slammed the Emergency stop button in the elevator, making it stop on the 26th floor. Leaning on the metal wall.
Both securities looked at Toya with caution. But Toya was already leaning on the door, putting a sour face, "Wash-room!?" he said, before emptying his guts.
The security seeing 'the supposed foreigner' vomit, immediately used their cards to open the elevator door.
Toya took a few steps before leaning against the wall, vomiting again. Seeing the man in such a bad state the security guards came, and Toya leaned against one of the guards as they guided him to the floors washroom. The moment he was in the washroom, his act began. It was a good thing that the washrooms didn't have cameras for personal reasons.
"Sir-we-will-wait…" the first security guard couldn't finish his sentence before an elbow knocked him to the back, he hit the nearby pillar. The Signal quirk user couldn't even do anything as he was knocked out immediately, while he kicked behind making the second guard drop to his knees. 'Main problem solved.'
The second security guard had already activated his quirk due to caution, trying to stand up and put on a fight, making his skin brown while rock sized shards grow on his skin, even his size started to increase, maybe the black suit would have been torn due to it. It was both great for defense and offense.
But Toya had already anticipated this and kicked him in the balls before he could fully transform. It was one of the most helpless weaknesses of transformation quirk users. No one actually covers their wiwi with rocks that unless the full transformation was done.
The man almost crouched due to the sudden attack on his family jewels. And Toya bashed his head on the basin, breaking it. And it worked like a charm, knocking him out as well.
He didn't even bother to tie them up, just burned off their ear-comms, he had only a window of five minutes before the whole building would be looking for him. And the man hunt would begain. So he needed to make the time count.
He looked at his mini-map, it showed an air-vent that led to multiple places. Just underneath the wash room. Toya without hesitation cut the floor, making as less smoke as possible.
There weren't any sensors in the washrooms but smokes leaking outside would be problem.
When the floor was cut he went into the air vents. It was quite a hassle for him to move, but the cold air wasn't a bother, and after a minute or so, he looked down from the air vents. Making sure the ghost was clear, he melted the lid open, landing without a sound.
Looking at the dusty place with a pile of papers he could guess this was some sort of storage room. This was a room closest to the Server room. He just now needed to find some way to get there. And he didn't even bother trying to cut the wall, he couldn't access the floor.
He walked towards the room's locked door, and poked a hole with his quirk. He peered in looking outside. 'Well, this is unexpected.' He said, there were multiple office workers outside, but he couldn't see a shred of security. That made him frown a bit.
'System, are you sure there's the main data-server room? I don't see any security guard here. Only general people.'
'That is the data-server room where almost all the classified info is kept, but only a few in the Hero Public Commission know it. The association has a tight leash on the information.' The system said. 'So, from the people who work on this floor. They find no suspension in the area as for them it's just the server room.'
Even though hiding in plain sight was a thing. Toya couldn't just wrap his head around this, if by any chance someone got it, doesn't that mean they could gain very sensitive information.
'System, if that's the case, doesn't that mean the servers are un-hackable?'
