Kapitel 56: When The Ball Is Over I

Hina was massively exhausted as she got into the grand duke's carriage. The ball had finally come to an end and she couldn't wait to crawl under the covers of her bed. The duke had arranged for her to return to the hotel in his carriage. He still had something he needed to discuss with the emperor and had offered her to go first as he'd find his way back. She had reluctantly agreed, feeling like she was only being a nuisance at this point. However, they had come together and she didn't have any way of going on her own. 

Settling into the seat to rest, her body and mind felt at ease as the carriage reeled out of the chilly palace grounds. The Capital was bustling even at this time of the night and the street lights illuminated the night. The comfortable ride soon came to an end as she climbed out of the carriage, discovering Suki and Mr Osamu in front of the foyer as if awaiting her return.
