Kapitel 23: Chapter 23

I GLANCED at the clock. I could hear the tick-tock sounds that resembled the time I've been here. Then a realization struck me.

Tomorrow is my wedding day.

And I'm still in a desolate place waiting if I could still escape. Still hoping that Fiore would show up.

I brushed my hands over my face. There are still many questions that are haunting my mind. If I could only turn back the time. If only Fiore is here and we’re still both excited for tomorrow’s event. If only Xylon didn’t trick me.

I sighed and decided to forget my worries temporarily. I can't do anything anymore. I can not turn back the time.

My eyes darted on the closed, black door. It was Xylon's room. I didn't know what came to me that my feet automatically moved towards that door.

It’s unlocked. The room was quiet and it was not surprising that his belongings were in an orderly manner. In one corner is a leaning guitar. I didn’t know he could play the guitar. Must be his display.
