Rosa settled herself outside the balcony area, away from the lunch. She had her ears open for any anomaly, though was it necessary? Was the question she kept asking herself, as Darce could take care of himself. She only peeked once or twice just to be safe. She could have stayed in the room, but the uncomfortable look on Darce’s face made her feel pressured.

‘It was a bad idea to come here.’ Rosa sighed.

“Darce did not like the princess standing like a guard while he gets the royal treatment.” He even motioned her and Ehsan’s knight to sit with them, but the faces of the family revealed otherwise.

Rosa only tiptoed closer to his ears. “I am fine; I will just wait outside. Since we started this, we should keep playing till the end.”

And left for the Balcony. The wind was light and cold, making her breathe more relaxed.

“How are you going to make the country cold? Will you make it rain, or will there be snow?” Rosa murmured to herself.
