Rosa did not reply but her senses were alert. She could not trust the people in an enemy country.

‘They would not be kind to you if they realize you are from the enemy country.’ She could feel the long nail fingers of the shadow on her shoulders.

‘They might even sell you to the guards. Imagine the coins she will get.’ The room suddenly turned different in front of her.

Everyone sitting at the table felt like an enemy. Everyone in the kitchen felt like an enemy. The innocent smiles of the faces turned quickly to evil smiles. She started hallucinating the faces were grinning to her face in the sense to capture her and sell her to the guards. Her hand slowly advances to the sword on her right side.

Her body was shaking to the fear creeping towards her. The black shadow kept on creeping around her. Rosa could feel a blood lust climbing inside her. Her eyes were getting dull. The words came back to her mind.
