Kapitel 125: Ch–27 The Forest pt-2

A silence fell around him. “Jeez old man you are kidding right? The Emperor cannot be that heartless right?” They all laughed and ignored the old man in the group.

Everyone knows the Emperor is scary strict but nobody can be that evil.

The old man shook his head. ‘The grudge of people cannot disappear young ones you should never ignore a grudge from dead people. They are deadly.’

He kept his head down in fear of what to come. The murmur of the soldiers kept on increasing. The dark forest had only the light from the soldier’s flame sticks and lamps to make way.

The movement of the horses became jittery. The horses tried to move away from their owners. The cold wind felt very icy and evil according to the people around them. Although the armors provided a generous amount of heat there were still a number of freezing cold making them shiver to their bones. The more they ventured through the road of the forest the colder it became.
