warning to any paying readers: don’t do it. this story is fun but if you’re paying, it’s absolutely not worth it at all. pros of the story are few and far between. heavily relies on a gacha system so as a filthy gacha gamer I personally kept on going because of that. the MC is extremely OP, doesn’t really run into any struggles since his system lets him power level from the comfort of his own home. and…that’s about it? the English is legible and could be worse. i guess. watch out for: mediocre writing. definitely reads with English as a second language. tons of grammar problems or random words or phrases that don’t make sense, no sense of show not tell, often sounds like something an elementary school student would write. and here’s why you shouldn’t pay to read this: just off the top of my head I would guess that at least half of the words in this story is just info dumping the main character or the summons’ or equipments’ info screens. like you scroll down the pretty short chapter and some of them are just made of 3 consecutive equipment info screens. what the fk? plus the author likes to copy and paste the entire last 1/5th of the previous chapter to “transition” into the next chapter. so you get maybe 2/5th of a chapter of “new content” and then another info screen to update you on the main character’s stats. absolute nonsense, i was literally zooming through the story from scrolling past those stat screens. read at your own risk.
excellent story but I dislike how it ended as a reader I need more to look forward to and a bit of actual closure to make me more eager to see the next bit of story. now I'm not saying the story is bad by any means with this I just feel the ending was a little weak.
sorry I am biased because: summoner - its mu favorite class pancakesWitch - its one of my favorites autors this novel - its relly good but seriously you should at least just give it a try

So, I just finished the main story at chapter 286. I'll say that while I did very much love the series overall and really hope we get a sequel or continuation at some point down the line, the ending left me with mixed feelings. Don't get me wrong, the final battle was absolutely unfathomably epic(no lun intended) in scale, reminding me greatly of the last episode of Gurren Lagann and the battle with the Anti-Spiral! The problem I have with it is that it feels like it gets to that ridiculous level too quickly and unnaturally just so the series can be wrapped up. Gustav goes from growing quickly but steadily to growing to whatever level is necessary to fight against the enemy. It makes it feel kind of like the stuff he did before to get to this point didn't matter. It's like if you took a quiz with 10 questions but the last question was worth 97% of the points for the quiz. All I'll say is please don't do this in your other works. You have the opportunity to learn from this since this is a side project. I've supported you with power stones and reviews for as long as I've known about you. I just want you to be the best author you can possibly be. I don't want to come off as purely critical. I want you to take my words as constructive criticism if that's at all possible. I have never been a person that is into fanfiction. You might be wondering why I'm mentioning that in a review of a Pancakeswitch novel. That's because this novel in many ways feels like a high quality fanfiction that was written by the original author. It brings in most of the characters from all the other Pancakeswitch novels as summons for the MC Gustav. I found this to be a really fun idea and it's really fun in execution as well! It feels like your rewarded for being a fan of the other novels! Even a lot of the powers from other novels that were possessed by other characters in different Pancakeswitch novels get obtained by Gustav, as well as new ones. I had a lot of fun with this one and I definitely reccomend checking it out (after you've read the other PancakesWitch novels of course).

One of the best webnovel I have ever read. Sadly, I don't know why it isn't popular. It's clearly better than any other stories I have read such as the Vampire System. That thing is trash compared to this!
Currently at chapter 31 and gotta say I love it. I love the fact that he uses elements from his other novels in this novel. If I had to nitpick one problem would be the name of the novel since it doesn't reflect the character 100% If read yoi about the first 30 chapters you would know what I mean. That matter aside Thank you very much for making these novels they really are very enjoyable to read.

Well, this novel is extremely fast paced. The action is frenetic and I love it. The world (in this case universe) building is interesting and maintains this author multi-world entangling chaos in which little by little you start to see an order within all this craziness. The romantic build-up although fast is understandable and explicit ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). By the way, the author is crazy for being able to imagine all these skill names, jobs, and everything else. The only downside if I were to have to say something is that you need to have a little bit of knowledge about this author other novels to fully appreciate the effort of this Summoning *ejem* Gacha *ejem* System an idea that I personally love. And yeah... if you have reached here in my review go up already click chapters then go to chapter one and start reading already.
I gotta say that I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would. At first I thought it was a little weird how it seemed kinda like a fanfiction written by the original author. But if that's true, it is the most expansive, lore-filled PancakesWitch fanfiction there is. I also like the pacing of it. It starts with him weak and he becomes strong which is a formula I always love. But the speed at which he grows stronger feels just right. It's slow at the start and then grows faster until he hits a roadblock where his progress slows down a bit. It always feels like there's more to look forward to. I also like how this novel rewards loyal readers of the other books. You think about who would be good allies and who would be good to take their skills. One thing that could be done better to improve the story at this point is the hero fragments. At this point in the story they've only been used as resources to level up the main character. They're supposed to be able to summon 1-3 Star summons right? He's never done that once. That seems like a big missed opportunity. They probably would have some good skills he could take at least. The only other criticism I have is that this novel doesn't have as many chapters. I thoroughly enjoyed this novel and really hope to see more of it in the near future.

Is there ever going to be a crossover with other novels you have created or will it be like a scene or ark were they mention another character from another novel you made in a foreboding way due to the time difference between novels or will the characters straight up meet at one time.

I am at chapter 45 at this point and I gotta say, this book has to be like the best one yet. It has concepts that I haven't seen yet. if there is anyone that is trying to find a book right know like I was a, I highly recommend trying this out.
