"If he was that handsome, why didn't he marry any of the dragon ladies and force our princess to marry him," the slightly plump lady said with disdain.

"You are right. There must be something wrong with him. Otherwise, why would the Dragon King allow the crown prince to marry a human? Don't we know how much they despise us?" The young woman from earlier said and many others nodded their heads.

"I pity our princess. She is so pure and beautiful and just for our kingdom she has to marry a hideous monster," and many felt the same way when they think about Silja's pure little soul.
