Kapitel 57: Orochimaru's Plan
"In a few days, we'll be leaving. How's your training coming along?"
Jiraiya said, as he was sitting down on the ground right after his little business that he had to do earlier
"It's been great, I've perfected everything I know. Even my visual powers as well"
Jiraiya nodded with satisfaction of my monstrous progress. He stood up from the ground and stretched, as he faced me
"Well kid, since you say so. Your next part of your training is going to be all on me. Well, of course you can work on some other stuff that you want to practice on, but I'll be supervising your next main training"
I nodded at the perverted sage. Gently laying down on the grass and staring up into the ever so blue sky with a smile on my face
"You finally gonna train me old man? I never would've thought"
I said with a chuckle, teasing Jiraiya
"Hey! Don't say that. I promised that I'd train you, but I have my own way of training you so don't go criticizing"
Jiraiya defended himself helplessly. I'm hoping that someday, he'll take me to Mount Myoboku soon to train on the the toad's Sage Mode
I also plan on learning the two other Sage Modes of Tsunade's, and Orochimaru's respective summons
The reason is that I want to see if I can combine the three Sage Mode styles. Creating a Sage Mode that takes the three of those unique modes, and putting it all together into one mode. All the benefits and traits of each of them, now becoming into one, all powerful Sage Mode
I also wanted to train on the Eight Inner Gates soon too, to further increase my strength
"Also, how's your Flying Thunder God? Any progress?"
Then, Jiraiya asked about my Flying Thunder God. Yes, I've managed to acquire the knowledge of Minato's signature jutsu
In fact, it was Jiraiya who had the idea to make me learn it, since it was my Father's creation after all, and he thought that I'd be interested in it
After making a few letters to Tsunade, and a hint of reluctance. She gave the scroll of the Flying Thunder God to us just last week
I've managed to grasp the early stages of the Flying Thunder God, but I haven't mastered it yet. Though soon, I'll be able to perfect this. I'm not as Proficient as Minato nor Tobirama, but I can handle it decently enough to use it in real combat situations and such
"Got the first few stages down, but I haven't mastered it yet. Though soon, I'll get the hang of it"
I said, as Jiraiya nodded. Then, with a smirk, he pulled out a letter out of his pocket, and showed me it
"A letter from your Princess. It came earlier, Tsunade's slug delivered it"
My eyebrows raised in surprise, as I stood up from the grass, and looked at Jiraiya, then to the letter
'From Hinata? It's been a while since her last letter'
I thought, smiliing at the thought of her once more
'Wait... Tsunade's slug? I thought they were slow... Ah whatever'
I then grabbed the letter from Jiraiya. Opening it, and started to read its contents.

*Boom!* *Boom!*
In a particular Hyuga Mansion, two Hyuga's can be seen training with each other. Exchanging blows left and right. One after another, their clashed intensified as relentless attacks were being unleashed
"Water Style: Water Wave"
Hinata quickly made the hand signs necessary for the jutsu extremely quickly, as she launched the attack directly at Neji
Neji, surprised seeing Hinata use ninjutsu, immediately uses Revolving Heaven to negate the Water Wave
After the attack was over, Neji saw that Hinata had disappeared in front of him. As he just saw her in front of him a moment ago when she released her jutsu
Then, Neji's signals were going haywire, as he turned around and saw Hinata launching an attack. It looks like she was intending to hit Neji's chakra network, and end the battle
"You've improved a lot, Princess Hinata"
As Hinata's strike were about to hit, Neji immediately side stepped it, grabbed Hinata's wrist, and pinned her hand to her neck. Immobilizing her, and making her declare defeat with this
'Phew, if I were just a milisecond slow just now, I would've lost'
Neji thought, a bit scared earlier about Hinata's attack.
But suddenly, the Hinata Neji was pinning, turned into a poof of smoke
*Poof*
"What the?!"
'A shadow clone? When did she make one?'
Neji thought, as right after the clone of Hinata dispersed. The real Hinata, who was right behind Neji, directly immobilized Neji by briefly disconnecting one of his chakra networks
Neji fell down to the ground, as he laid there with a surprised expression. But then, it turned into a gentle and appreciative smile, as both of them deactivated their eyes
Neji slowly stood up from the ground
"Princess Hinata, you've improved so much over the past month. Even I can't beat you now"
Neji said to her with a slightly proud smile and tone. Seeing her growth during this month as made him realize that not everything is based off his own fate. Naruto already made him re-evaluate that mindset of Neji. But now, knowing entirely what Naruto meant at the time. It's truly come full circle for Neji
Hinata smiled and nodded at Neji
"Thanks to you Neji, you've helped me get stronger"
Hinata then gently kneeled down next to him, and started to use medical ninjutsu to fasten Neji's healing in his body
"Let me heal you"
Hinata said, as Neji couldn't really refuse Hinata at all. As what Hinata says, she will do
Not too long later, Hinata finished healing him
"I'll be going out now. Thank you for todays training"
Hinata said, as Neji nodded
"Take care, Princess Hinata"
Hinata nodded, as she left. Wasting no time, and coming back to her home
'I've been busy with so much training and missions, I haven't had the time to update Naruto... Huhu, I hope he isn't too mad'
Hinata thought, making her way to her room. She had plenty of free time for today compared to her past days. So she decided to use the time that she got and make a letter for Naruto. Her heartbeat fasten, and her cheeks blushed while she wrote the letter. It has been a long time since she fully expressed herself to him
'I wonder how strong he is right now?... Well, he is Naruto after all. My Naruto, so he will be very strong... '

'I'm sorry if I haven't made a letter for you for some time. There was a lot of training and missions I had to do, and I didn't have the time to express myself, until now
I've been continuing my training with Tsunade and Kurenai. I've improved my Taijutsu, as well as the Hyuga clans techniques and such!
I also started on Ninjutsu, as my affinity is water. I've learned a few water jutsus so far, but soon I'll be able to learn more
There's also Genjutsu that Kurenai has been training me on. I've learned a bit of that also. And I managed to learn medical jutsus too from Tsunade. She also said that she was impressed with me. Well, I'm not really that special, but I'm happy that I am able to achieve things like this!
And... Um... I miss you so much. I always think about you. Thinking, hoping, that soon, you'll be back here. I love you... Um, and don't you dare interact with any other girl okay? Or else... I'll be mad! I am your only girl, and that's that
But anyway, I miss you so much Naruto. Take care okay? Be back soon!

I read the letter with my eyes, indulging myself with every word inside as I smiled. A hint of pink appeared on my cheeks
"Wow... She really has grown this past month huh"
I said. Very happy about Hinata's current training and progess. Now that's my girl right there
"Alright, enough daydreaming. Pack our stuff up. We'll be leaving early morning tomorrow"
"Man, why should I pack the stuff?"
"Because I said so. Now come on, I have something else to do for the rest of the day"
Jiraiya said with that cheeky smile of his, as he turned and left. Leaving me alone on our camp site
'That damn perverted sage!'
I annoyingly thought, as I just created shadow clones to do the job for me
But then, I heard a faint hussle in the bushes just a few feet away from where I was. I raised my eyebrow at this, and I disappeared and reappeared behind the stranger who was hiding in the bushes
The stranger immediately sense the danger behind them as they jumped out of the bushes in to the open clearing close to our camp site. Clutching their sword tightly, facing the bush that I was hiding in with extreme caution
'Interesting. From what I can tell, this person's chakra is around Jonin level'
I thought. I then pulled out a kunai, and rushed at the stranger head on with extreme speed. My Swift release, I forgot to mention that I've basically mastered this as well
The stranger, who was wearing a mask to cover up their face, immediately was surprised at the sudden burst of speed heading straight to them
"Earth Style: Mud Wall!"
The strange man shouted, as a thick and long wall was made in front of him in time. Or, so he thought
He thinks he was successful in blocking me. But I was already behind him, my kunai gently stabbing him from behind, as I made sure to damage him enough that he doesn't die, but also enough that he can't do anything
*Plop*
His limp body fell onto the ground, as he struggled to move and breathe. I turned him around, and activated my eyes. Putting him into a Genjutsu to extract some information that he might have
'Oh? So Orochimaru sent this guy here to spy on me? I didn't expect that'
I then looked at the guy's shoulder, and saw a cursed mark
"I see, so he sent in this guy to suicide for him to gain some intel about me. Once he dies, Orochimaru will get notified since this guy has a cursed mark"
I stood up, as I ultimately gave the guy mercy. Killing him instantly, as the cursed mark was released from his body
"The sudden removal of one of Orochimaru's cursed mark will definitely be noticed. Giving Orochimaru's answer. That snake bastard"
I mumbled. Using Fire Style: Fireball to turn the body into complete ash
"I'm not worried about Orochimaru. But now seeing him start to make moves on me, it makes me feel a bit excited"
I said with an excited, and battle hungry smile. An aura emitted around me, the lust of fighting inside me was slowly starting to get riled up
"Oy, are we gonna fight that snake again?"
Suddenly, Kurama's voice invaded my mind. I broke out of my little energetic state, slightly startled by Kurama
"Nah, I'll just be making it easier for him. I'll let the snake come to me. And when he gets close, that's when I'll strike"
"Tch, you bastard. I'm getting bored over here. Honestly, I kinda missed the days where I was eavesdropping between you and that Hyuga girl of yours. Damn, that hurts me to even say that"
"Cheer up you lousy fox. Don't worry, we'll get some action soon enough"
I said to Kurama, as he just growled at me. Cutting the connection off between us.
