Kapitel 62: Luggage of love

Prudence turned on her heels, not even bothering to look at the maid. It was an unknown maid for her and for that matter; she was not ready for anyone familiar in this manor. It was just troubling that the walls around here shouted. 

"Lady Prudence!" The maid called out again, sweating a little before trying to pick up her pace. "Please wait, there is luggage in your name that we have received." 

Prudence stopped her stride midway up the stairs. She felt it deep in her gut that something was not right. After all, this could be a trick to lure her out. The environment around the Mafia king's adobe was bound to be filled with evil minds. The maid was seemingly human and the attire she had on was a little different from what the maids around the manor wore. It immediately had Prudence worried whether she was the one who spoke with Abiona. "Who is it from?" Prudence asked, without making any visible efforts to step down the stairs.
