The powerful Shield that Drake summoned to aid Hector unleashed a powerful explosion of flames through its own Ability "Flame Barrier". Despite the normal-sounding name, this ability had the power of absorbing the blows of enemies and then, when it was activated, it would unleash all this power accumulated into an explosion of flames that would also generate a barrier to give an extra layer of protection to the wielder of the shield! The Miasmic Slime was consumed by the flames, as it quickly turned into ashes completely, it was finally defeated, and what left behind was a big, black-colored core falling over the floor and rolling around, it slowly emanated a strong aura of dread and chaos, which Drake immediately noticed.
