The change in atmosphere was alarming to the others who didn't understand what was going on. But the rain stopped as soon as it had started and everything went back to normal. 

When the weather and everything else had gone back to normal, everything that had happened today started playing before their very eyes from where they met it backwards. 

Raven sped the order of events up until he saw the woman and the table of jewelry. He let it continue backwards until she had spread her goods out. 

She had taken the form of a little boy at first and then transformed into the woman with the table which suddenly appeared out of thin air. 

A dark witch with vampire eyes. No transformation should have been that good. The eyes are one thing that cannot be changed.
