After a moment, where the doctor in the white plague mask did not continue, the detective prompted. "Have I heard what?"

Mattheus tilted his head since the other man couldn't see his expression.

Unfortunately, Artemius Holmes had hilariously large gaps when it came to his social and emotional intelligence. In this instance, the detective completely misread Mattheus.

"Hurry up and say what you intended."

The twenty-year-old grimaced. "Hold on. I'm trying to find the words for it. It's not exactly easy to explain."

Holmes considered the statement for a moment before he asked, "Does this have to so with Miss Casandy? Have you visited her recently?"

The doctor in white exhaled. "Yes," he admitted as much. "So you get why I am having difficulty with finding the write words."

"… Just repeat what she said if you're having so much trouble."
