In the previous Chapter 150,

Zen says, "I want to know why Kenna doesn't remember me and why physically changed from male to female."

Mike says, "I only know that day Kenna came to my house she told me at that time it was Ken he mentioned to me that Doctor Leon did something to him he told me there are others in the lab but Ken ran out of the lab by himself to my house seeking help. I helped him till he changed to female. As for how and why Ken changed to female I am not sure."

Zen says, "You mentioned Doctor Leon? Are you sure it's Doctor Leon? Did Ken see it wrongly and how did he know it's Doctor Leon?"

Mike says, "I never hear wrongly it's Doctor Leon. Ken told me he was kidnapped. I told Ken to stay away and hide overseas for his safety but since then we have been chased by vampires and people. Not sure if they are sent by Doctor Leon or not."
