Kapitel 81: Prepartions

The kingdom was finally stable and transformed. My coronation, which had been postponed could finally take place. After making this decision, it was decided that I and Ketki would set out the capital to seek the blessings and permission of the emperor while extending an invitation to him and his family. We were well aware that there was no way that the emperor would be attending the coronation, but he was our leader, and it was our duty to invite him. 

The other reason I was travelling to the capital was to visit more of this era. Since I arrived, I had stayed within the confines of the kingdom. It was a good time to see the outside world. Another added benefit was that since our marriage, me and Ketki had not really taken the time to enjoy a vacation. While there was no concept of honeymoon in this era, which girl did not wish to travel and visit beautiful places and make memories.
