Kapitel 76: Under The Stars

Many years have passed since that fateful night.

But the words were still clear in his mind, the hateful eyes that glared at him were still vivid inside of him.

"You are meant to be hated,"

His mother had stated, without any emotion in her eyes as she turned away from him. That was the last time he saw her.

She was right.

He lacked no flaws and with time Izekiel stopped caring about it. Despise was after all an old friend to him.

No one stayed in his life, and they all knew better than to come close... it was peaceful, a burden lessened. But then why would someone go so far for his sake?

Izekiel laid Nesrin upon the bed and covered her with the blankets.

A sigh left him.

He could not understand her.

She was not supposed to be irrational... and neither was he supposed to act like how he did.
