What was he thinking?
Perhaps he was too exhausted to think clearly but being with her after such a long time, after everything they had gone though... it was like returning home. A home he never knew he had, but something that he didn't wanted to let go.
The haze was too thick to see anything clearly but he could see her embarrassed smile and her eyes meeting his, and then all of sudden the smile is not there but her eyes are hesitant and her lips part as if she wanted to say something but couldn't.
Even with an appropriate distance between them, and the mist revealing nothing that shouldn't be revealed, their hands were still clasped and somehow it made Nesrin too aware of the state they were in, of what might happen if they remove that small distance and when she met his eyes, she knew he was thinking the same thing.
I have never written so many chapters, welp!
And there is still so much more that I have to tell about the story of Izekiela and Nesrin.
Thanks for all the support and motivating me to keep writing and building more on the story ^ ^
PS: Should I make the story 18+ and add some more mature things like blood, gore, and some ocassional intimate scenes?
