It was the time of morning when the council released a detailed explanation about what happened between them and the emperor.

The council declared that on the nights of the trials, his majesty has been freed for he was indeed innocent. They didn't said much upon it and the people believed that the emperor must have survived the trials.

There were bitter and somewhat pleased reactions coming from all over the empire, however, there were also places like Esmeria that were filled with lights an joy.

Izekiel's return was a cause for celebration for the entire imperial palace. But it was well known that he disliked the bustle of gatherings and was a man that found peace in solitude.

Jeremiah already prepared all the things necessary for the banquet without being in the palace himself. He knew that Nesrin's health won't be suitable to do much work and so he wanted her to have rest as much as possible.
