Kapitel 50: Meeting in Another World

YEAR: 2161

LOCATION: Rankers Hall, Orion Secondary Grounds, Orion Academy

"Sorry Isobel." Darey said to her, leaving his seat.

"I'm out... Thanks for everything"  Darey said.

She had been useful to him in the change of his and Theo's Special Ability in the Index. However, they needed to grow. Besides, his plan was of more importance than anything since he was ultimately saving their lives. 

Darey walked out of the Rankers Meeting, moving right past Isobel's downcast and pained face.

"Darey" Amaya yelled, chasing after him.

Neo smiled as she remained seated.

"You're not leaving too?" Isobel asked, surprised to see Neo still present.

He was Darey's 'friend' after all

"Not quite yet." Neo smiled.

"While it is not in my style to fellowship with mongrels, I would like to enjoy this atmosphere a bit more."
