Meanwhile, back at the World of Lucid

After making sure that Yuuta's dad and younger sister arrived at the evacuation center in the Aichi Prefecture safe and sound, Kazunari made his way back to the Lucid Dream Server in hopes of finding Yuuta as soon as he could. Thanks to the Minth he was contract-bound with, Kazunari somehow managed to get back the World of Lucid and he spawned right in front of Yuuta.

"How are they?" Surprised, Yuuta flinched but he immediately regained his composure to ask Kazunari a question.

"They were a bit hesitant but I told them that it would be one thing off your mind if they're safe. I also promised and assured them that I'll be keeping you safe... talk about mere words. If any, you'd be the one more capable of protecting the two of us rather than me."
