Kapitel 120: Stone Balogun, Install the king

  As immediately as Baki had spoken these words which had the name of Balogun in it and certainly called for his dethronement had Oranmiyan also spoken that the words might be effective and Balogun shall be captured and verily taken to the market square and be stoned thus to death. 

But in all of their words even as Balogun had been wrapped with fear, he called himself into a little confidence and spoke to the people in his harsh words which clarified the situation. 

According to him, had the people of Ifa-ile forgotten that when he had become king had he been fortified by the house of the shrine and also had he eaten the egg of power even yet in the dark charmer. That he had been sanctified and even though they might not accept him can there be nothing they can do about him but endure his reign and the reign of his generations.
