Estella gently rubbed Berenice's arms. She knew that the woman she had just met was devastated by her son's condition.

"Calm yourself. I know this is very hard for you. But my husband and I have tried to take care of him and take good care of him. I'm sorry if the wound on his right chest has not been able to heal properly. The wound is very deep and also damaged several his ribs." Estella said.

"Breathe well first and wipe your tears. I'll get you a glass of water and then we'll talk." Estella said.
