- In the previous chapter, we talked about Hypergravity Training, meaning wearing shit loads of weight to train. So here's a little more precision on that.

It is a fact that continuously wearing weight (Hypergravity Training) can be detrimental to the body. If a normal human you do it just like Son Goku, you will be messed up.

It depends on how you wear them (equal body repartition or not), where you wear them (the gravity/planet you're on), how much weight you wear, your own body mass, and most importantly if this applies to a normal human or not.

Here's an extract from real scientific researches led by the Departement of Health Physical Education and Recreation, University of North Alabama, Florence, AL, USA; Department of Health and Human Performance Middle Tennesee State University, Murfreesboro, TN, USA.

"Three weeks of HT (Hypergravity Training) significantly enhanced short running task performances and decreased ground contact time between 4 continuous jumps. HT may be incorporated into training programs prior to key points in an athletic season without hindering the quality of regular training session activities."

In short, Hypergravity Training can work if done properly and adequately to your body's capabilities.

That only proves partially my point. Athletes who took part in this experiment were followed by real professional and didn't suffer injuries nor wore stupidly heavyweights.

But those were on normal humans. What I'm saying here is, challengers aren't normal anymore and do not apply common Earth logic where there is none to be.
