Jiao Long braced himself for Pan An's reaction, knowing that he would be shocked upon hearing that Ruo Xi, his ex-girlfriend, had married Jiao Long a year after they broke up.

As he explained the situation, Jiao Long could feel the tension building up between them, and he knew that Pan An was struggling to process what he had just heard.
