Kapitel 35: Take her away (6)

Jasmine was staring at Dairon so as soon as he woke up, her gaze collided with his deep blue eyes. It had been only a few days since she last saw those blue eyes but she had an inexplicable feeling. Why did it feel as though it had been ages?

"Did you miss me?" Of course, his first question had to be annoying.

She violently pulled her hand away from his. "If you are asking whether I wasted my time and thoughts over a worthless demigod then no. I'm not that idle."

"Really? But you still made me a robe." He smiled at her retort. "It's beautiful. Why didn't you bring it back with you? Are you afraid that I will reject it?"

She didn't hear anything he said after mentioning the robe. Realization seemed to dawn on her, as she recalled Sinos' claim. "Is that why I'm here?"

"Yes. Because you thought about me." He confirmed her suspicion. So she came back because he crossed her mind. But that didn't mean she missed him and this island, okay!

"Can I go back?" She demanded.
