A spacecraft on its way back to Earth sent a transmission to its mission control.
『Pilot-LF1』 "Life Foundation Control, this is LF1. The specimens are secured, and we're heading home."
*Beep*
『LF-Control』 "Roger, LF1. You are a go for reentry."
『Pilot-LF1』 "Copy that. Initiating reentry sequence. Point-four by one-o-three point-…"
*Static noise*
"SHIT!"
『Lady in Background』 "Seal it off. SEAL IT OFF!"
『LF-Control』 "LF1, Mission Control."
"You're breaking up. Please repeat."
*Crashing noises*
『Pilot-LF1』 "Mayday, Mayday, LF1! MAYDAY!"
『LF-Control』 "LF1, Mission Control. Please repeat."
*Static noise*
『LF-Control』 "LF1, Mission Control. Please repeat."
Meanwhile, another transmission is also being sent this time from an unregistered Satellite laboratory orbiting Earth.
『Man on radio』 "Athena-1. Athena-1, come in."
"Athena-1, this is Control. We have negative copy on that last transmission."
"We are showing LOS in the command module. Please verify. Over."
*Beep*
『Athena-1』 "Mission Control, this is Atkins." Just took a headset to respond.
"Something went wrong with the test." Replies with anxiety while looking around, trying to ignore the floating limbs of her workmates.
『Atkins』 *Gasp* "The crew is dead."
"Athena hull integrity is critical. I'm headed to the escape capsule." While making her way towards the escape pod carefully trying hard not to make noise.
『A1-Control』 "Negative, negative."
"Reroute to the lab and secure the canisters before departure."
『Atkins』 "But the test subject is loose." Retorts angrily, at their dismissal of her safety.
『A1-Control』 "Doctor, the test subject is a rat." Scoffs on the radio.
『Atkins』 "Not anymore."
*Swoosh*
Reaching the escape capsule before looking back in panic at the sound of a metal pillar bending coming from behind her.
*Rumbling*
Failing to open the escape capsule's door she complains to the radio.
『Atkins』 "What is this?!" trying to pull the lever down again in a rush.
*Screeeech*
『A1-Control』 "You have your orders, Doctor." Clearly controlling the doors remotely.
『Atkins』 "Open the goddamn door!" as she yells over the comms.
『Woman』 "Dr. Atkins, it's Claire Wyden."
『Woman』 "We'll unlock the escape capsule when you secure the samples."
Atkins clearly afraid for her life in going back when that decision was made for her with the woman's last remark.
『C-Wyden』 "Doctor, either you come home with my research or you don't come home at all." Stated through the comms with a cold flat one of finality on it.
Having no choice on the matter she follows the order quickly returning to get the samples located in a cryo-chamber within the labs.
『Atkins』 "Entering the lab. Mission control securing the samples now."
『A1-Control』 "Copy that."
*Beep*
Only managing to retrieve at least 3 of which she headed back to the escape capsule hurriedly.
*Alarm!*
『A1-System』 "Warning, hull integrity critical."
『Atkins』 "I have retrieved the samples. Open it!"
『A1-Control』 "Capsule unlocked."
*Beep*
Where she accidentally pushes away a metal bar in her haste.
CRASH! that made a loud crashing sound when it hit the wall.
*SCREEEEECHHH!*
Luring the not-so-rat anymore test subject to her location with an ear-piercing screech.
The only difference in this scene from the movie is that she went to the escape pod early thanks to only gathering three samples.
She managed to escape safely with the distance between them and different pipes bursting with fire hindering the not-so-rat anymore test subject.
Dr. Atkins would have lived if the LF1 spaceship was still properly manned.
But oh well, she just has that terrible luck.
After that traffic accident in space, the three samples were scattered in their destined locations, which burst the escape pod into pieces.
One in Wyoming landing in the middle of a wolf pack, one is eaten by a gator in an alligator-infested river.
Lastly another one in a habitat of an albino gorilla within San Diego Wildlife Sanctuary.
While the LF1 spaceship crash-landed in a forested area of Malaysia.
During which the traffic accident in space that happened the same day Davion passed out, Rampage and Venom were playing out.
Of course, the ever so helpful Augur was already busy monitoring multiple POIs (Person of Interest).
Notifying him if those people are about to do something drastic like one of the Osborn's taking the goblin serum level.
And one such POI alerted him when Augur intercepted the transmission between LF1 spacecraft outside Earth's atmosphere and the Life Foundation corporation founded by Carlton Drake.
Along with Dr. Atkin's transmission from Athena-1 satellite with Energyne's mission control.
Davion's preparation for both was thrown out the window since the situation was way off his predicted timeline.
For he didn't expect the Life Foundation can build and launch the spaceship under the books back then together with Energyne's Athena-1 satellite during his training with his Shifu.
Both companies focus on medicine trying to find a cure-all solution to all diseases plaguing mankind.
Seeing as his creator is down for the count to solve the issues as soon as possible, he called the next big thing.
Sebastian the black butler.
Notifying him immediately and briefing in on the possible crisis on the way to the Batcave.
They both concur they had to wake up Davion, to finish this quickly before there are any heavy casualties from two different cities of Chicago and San Francisco.
--- Davion's POV ---
I slowly wake up from the smell of White Flower Analgesic that Sebas was putting near my nose.
『Davion』 "I'm up. How long was I out?" I ask him, while he serves me some tea after putting away the White Flower bottle.
『Sebas』 "According to Augur-…" didn't manage to finish when interrupted by the AI through the base's speakers.
『Augur』 "A total of three whole days sir." Replies eagerly clearly in a rush.
『Davion』 "Ok, what's the situation for you to call Sebas to wake me up?" savoring the tea served by Sebas slowly, wetting my parched throat.
*SPFFFFF!*
Where he just wasted it by doing a spit take when Augur explained what happened during the three days he was out.
On the first day, a traffic accident occurring in space.
On the second day, two companies preparing their selves to retrieve their assets.
The third day, being today him waking up late in the evening while the animals get exposed to the Pathogens and Symbiotes arrive.
The current situation was favorable for the Rampage as he can secure them quietly, while not so much for the Venom one.
As the Life Foundation secured the crash site and retrieved anything of importance in there.
There is also Eddie Brock already being bonded to Venom right now since Dora Skirth approached the man early.
The Life Foundation already started doing illegal human trials on homeless people even before the symbiotes arrive for different experiments to advance the medicines that they release.
She couldn't stomach any of it anymore, that's why she went to Eddie to expose them as the whistleblower.
『Davion』 (Ahh, dammit! MARVEL!) I yell inside my head.
Wiping the mess on my face from the spit take, then massaging my temples slowly at the headache from overexerting my brain to solve the issue.
『Sebas』 "What can I do for you young master?" asks me, breaking me out of my thoughts.
『Davion』 "It's fine Sebas, they're still at a manageable level. Thank you for the offer tho, you've already done plenty waking me up asap." I say as I wave at him.
"Good work at calling for back up too Augur, when you've judged you can't handle the problem." Praising my AI for his immediate response to the crisis.
"Your due for an upgrade as a show of my appreciation. The symbiotes coming can be also considered as a blessing together with the Rampage situation."
『Augur』 "Always a pleasure sir."
『Davion』 "Alright, time to work!" I yell as I stretch my body for a warmup, tho still sore.
--- 3rd POV ---
Davion wearing his new and improved [Enigma Suit], created six new clones wearing the same outfit then providing them with an earpiece for comms.
Not forgetting to give numerical codenames with Davion's original body being number 1.
『Davion』 "Alright, you know your objectives. Spread out!" ordered as they all disperse in the shadows.
Clone 5 and 6 are set up to monitor the Venom situation, while they plug in a USB transmitter directly in the Life Foundation's system.
To gather evidence to shut them down and retrieving funds they won't be needing soon.
Clone 3 and 4 have the same goals but different targets, Energyne's Industries.
While Davion and C2 collect the animals and canisters, doing the same thing to Nimrod.
Putting them in stasis first before placing them in his personal storage space (the [Darkforce Dimension]).
After collecting the three by scanning the crash site with his Spirit sense method through the darkness provided by the night.
He sent C2 away to trace the people that Riot and Venom jumped bodies on to remove any leftovers within their system that will birth new symbiotes.
He then concentrated the [Light Force] in his body so much so, allowing him to temporarily become a {Light Human}.
As he flies to space in lightspeed towards the uncloaked and almost destroyed Athena-1 satellite.
Touching it then blanketing it by darkness, being quickly stored before he dives down back to Earth in a superhero landing position.
Kneeling on one knee with one arm on the ground the other on his other knee, panting heavily.
『Davion』 "Ha… ha… Fuck!"
『Davion』 (I clearly haven't recovered fully from overexerting myself previously.) "Ha… ha…"
『Davion』 "Rampage status, all clear. How's your end?" Tapping his earpiece, asking what the clones' status are.
Though they have [Hive Mind], it just acts like a telephone line where he can command them when they're near each other's vicinity.
Also, it's where the clones' memories flow once they get destroyed.
Or for the soul of the original to transfer once 'his' body is destroyed, which he isn't willing to test out yet.
『C6』 "C6, 5 Symbiotes, have been safely secured within the storage space (Darkforce Dimension)."
『C4』 "This is clone 4, everything within the Industries' server, on and off books, has been copied."
"And the virus has been installed to permanently scrub all data once Wyden siblings are arrested."
『C5』 "Clone 5 reporting, database has also been ransacked and virus on the ready."
『Davion』 "Alright, leave the remaining sweep to Augur."
"Help your partner loot the research samples, materials on both sites then disperse."
『C4, C5 & C6』 "Roger that."

Pressing the earpiece again to cut comms, he rested for a couple of mins recuperating while waiting for the information blast to come in.
『Davion』 "Urgh… Ohh, I'll be sleeping like a log once this shit is finally over." Groaning a little at the memory transmission from the clones dispersing.
Taking a breath to ready himself, he warps away to the rocket launching station of the Life Foundation.
Where Venom and Riot are currently fighting according to his clones when they dispersed.
He was late to witness the fight between the two as the scene he arrived on is exactly the moment when the rocket exploded with Riot and Drake in it.
Venom pushing Eddie down to the sea faster to protect his host from being burnt alive.
Of course, I collected Venom with a quick burst of speed before he becomes ash himself as I put a little distance from the launch station to talk to the guy.
With C2 arriving a second later than him on the site, where he did a sweep of [Light Force] concentrated scan above and under the sea where the rocket exploded.
Always follow rule number 2 of the 'Zombie Land' guideline (Double Tap - In those moments when you're not sure the undead are really dead dead).
Feeding Venom with [Dark Force], he slowly stirs awake and bonds with me.
『Davion』 "You're finally awake… You were caught trying to cross the border, right?"
I say to the guy as I feel him prod my mental defenses automatically like a pre-programmed robot, showing him the meme.
『Venom』 "What the-… Who are you?" snarls with that horror-themed voice.
"Why can't I go in your head?" trying to access his mind once more.
Becoming aggressive by the second before I let him have a taste of [Light Force] to put him in his place.
『Venom』 "IT BURRNNSSSS! RAGGHHHH!" yells in clear agony out loud inside my head and making a head outside my left palm.
『Davion』 "Oopss…"
"Sorry bout that, was just trying to give you a pinch to calm down. Forgot to control the output." I apologize quickly as I flood him with [Dark Force].
『Venom』 "What is this? Why do I suddenly feel bloated?" almost drowning from abundant dark energy.
『Davion』 "Can we have a conversation now, do please forget what I just did earlier since I have saved you from the fire and all that…"
『Venom』 "Speak, human! Before I feast on you from inside out."
『Davion』 "You sure about that? Already forgetting what this light thingy can do to you?" as I light up my right index finger making him hide inside my body in fright.
"That's what I thought. Don't worry, I'm here to help you and your host as long as you promise me some things first."
『Venom』 "I'm listening…" finally calmed down himself.
--- A few days later ---
Sleeping for a total of the whole week after that mess, Davion felt refreshed waking up.
After listening to Augur's update on both sites' situation, he can't help but feel regretful of rushing things.
He could've done better, given that he was in a much better condition, but what is done is done.
His enterprise was busy hiring the scientists and all the people not directly involved in any illegal shit that their companies had done.
On that note, he also scheduled interviews for Eddie Brock, Davis Okoye, Agent Harvey Russel, and Dr. Kate Caldwell later in the day.
Eddie Brock because the dude is a really good investigator and best host for Venom.
Upon which he discreetly returned Venom through a handshake when he hired Eddie since he already finished his business with him.
Davis Okoye, Agent Harvey Russel, and Kate Caldwell to hire them and brief them on the Rampage situation through his first try on [Memory Transmission].
Where Davion arranged the memory he had on the movie from his past life through occlumency practice.
Making it looks like a psychic precognition skill sending it to the other party by touching their forehead.
Davis is the best zoologist that Davion currently knows of, besides he needs him to handle George the albino gorilla whom Davion will release once he reaches King Kong size.
Agent Harvey Russel for his judgment and management of the situation from the movie.
Dr. Kate Caldwell is an outstanding geneticist who will really bloom well once partnered with her peers and in a proper work environment.
--- After the interview with Eddie ---

『Eddie』 "Thanks for sticking by me, Annie. Thanks for saving me." Says gratefully to his ex-fiancé as they sit in front of her house.
『Annie』 "So how are you feeling after all that?"
『Eddie』 "I feel great. Awesome."
『Annie』 "Wow, huh-"
『Eddie』 "Yeah, I'm thinking of suing, though. You want to-… want to prosecute?"
『Annie』 "Umm. You're in luck. I've decided to work pro bono."
"I'm joining the public defenders' office."
『Eddie』 "You're a good person, Annie."
『Annie』 "What about you? What are you gonna do?"
『Eddie』 "Uhh. The network asked me to bring the show back, and they want to start with a piece on Drake."
『Annie』 "Oh, huh really? So, what did you say?"
『Eddie』 "I-I'm not into it. I want to concentrate on the written word."
"I scored the interview of a lifetime."
『Annie』 "Oh yeah? Who?"
『Eddie』 "You're gonna have to read it."
『Annie』 "Ooh, like everyone else."
『Eddie』 "Yeah."
『Annie』 "Hey, I'm sorry about Venom."
『Eddie』 "Hey… Uhm." Clearly looks like he's deliberating whether to tell her something or not when he changes the topic.
『Eddie』 "D-do you want to talk about that kiss?"
『Annie』 "That?! Ohh… T-that was-…" blushing a little bit.
"That was your buddy's idea."
『Eddie』 "Right. Well, that is good to know. Hah…" feeling a bit down at her denial, and seeing the conversation stir back to Venom.
『Annie』 "It did feel kind of great, though." Murmurs loud enough for Eddie to hear.
『Eddie』 "I'm sorry, whaat?" checking if he heard that right.
『Annie』 "I mean, the…" flustered at the sudden question.
『Eddie』 "The power?"
『Annie』 "Yeah. When it's, you know…"
『Eddie』 "Inside you?"
『Annie』 "You know what I mean." Rolling her eyes at the flirty remark.
『Eddie』 "Okay."
『Annie』 "Hey Eddie?"
『Eddie』 "Uhuh?"
『Annie』 "We're not gonna tell Dan about this. Okay?"
『Venom』 (Look at her... She has no idea we are going to get her back.)
This is the moment he joined the conversation but inside Eddie's mind only.
『Eddie』 "Nooo? I don't think so..." accidentally voicing out his reply hitching a slightly high tone.
『Annie』 "Sorry, what was that?" feeling something up with her womanly instincts.
『Eddie』 "We're not gonna tell Dan." trying to salvage the situation.
『Annie』 "Eddie, is there something you want to tell me?"
『Eddie』 "Nope." Immediately replied, while slowly feeling uncomfortable at being interrogated.
『Venom』 (You belong with us, Annie.) Making Eddie want to bury a hole in the ground and hide.
『Annie』 "Eddie, are you sure?" raising one brow looking at him inquisitively.
『Eddie』 "Haa… ah."
"Good Lord, look at that." checking his watch in panic.
"Look at the time. I have to-…"
"I have to go." Instantly standing up, running away from the conversation.
"Hey, it's nice seeing you." Giving a nod to Annie.
『Annie』 "Yeah." feeling a little bit unsettled with his rush at leaving through womanly instincts.
『Eddie』 "You take care, all right?"
『Annie』 "Yeah, you take care of yourself." before throwing it all at the back of her head and heading inside her house.
『Eddie』 "Bye." Waving at her before walking off
And after passing a few houses he was greeted by the GREAT ONE who is currently walking his dog, Stan Lee saying.
『Stan Lee』 "Hey. Don't give up on her."
"Either of you."
『Eddie』 "We won't." he replies as he pets the dog.
『Venom』 (Who's that guy? Wait... This thing looks delicious.) already salivating at thought of eating the dog.
Eddie walking away quickly before Venom does as he says, and warns Venom when he turns around the block.
『Eddie』 "I have absolutely no problem with you sticking around."
"But if you do, we're gonna have to have some ground rules, all right?"
"You, cannot just go around eating anybody that you want to."
『Venom』 (I cannot?)
『Eddie』 "No, you cannot. All right, we need to..."
"We need to reiterate this."
"There are good people in this world, a lot of them."
"And then there are bad people. You have to tell the difference."
"The deal is, you will only ever be allowed to touch, harm, hurt, possibly... very possibly 'eat' very, very bad people."
"But never, ever, ever good people. All right?"
『Venom』 (Fine.)
『Eddie』 "Good."
『Venom』 (But how does one tell the difference?)
『Eddie』 "Well, it's super simple. I mean, you just have to... You can intuit it, you can sense it."
"Sometimes you can even feel it."
『Venom』 (Whatever you say. But can we get something to eat now?)
(Otherwise, your liver, it's starting to look really, really good and juicy.)
『Eddie』 "Y-yeah. Definitely. I know a place down here."
*Shop bells jingling*
『Eddie』 "Hey, Mrs C." Greets the cashier upon entering the mini-store.
『Mrs C』 "How you doing, Eddie?" greets back while reading newspaper.
『Eddie』 "Ain't nothing changed but the weather. You know." walking further inside.
『Mrs C』 "No."
『Eddie』 "So, what culinary delights will tickle the pickle tonight?" he asks Venom's preferences.
『Venom』(Tater tots and chocolate.)
『Eddie』 "Right. Okay, no problem." going to the snack section, when the shop's door jingle for another guest entering.
『Thug』 "The payment's due, Chen."
Eddie stops walking and glances back at the cashier area after hearing what the guy just said.
『Mrs Chen』 "Please. I can't keep doing this." clearly startled at the gun being suddenly pointed at her.
『Thug』 "NOW!"
『Venom』 (Bad guy, right?) says with a hint of glee in his voice.
『Eddie』 "Yep." quickly being covered by the symbiote upon confirming the target.
Mrs Chen quickly opens the cash register to pull out the cash, when suddenly Venom elongated his tendrils to disarm the thug as we walk near the guy.
『Venom』 "You come in here again..." grabbing the thug by the throat.
"In fact, you go anywhere in this city, preying on innocent people, and we will find you and eat both your arms."
"And then both of your legs, and then-"
『Thug』 "No, no-"
『Venom』 "And then we will eat your face right off your head. Do you understand?"
『Thug』 "Please-..."
『Venom』 "Yes. So, you will be this armless, legless, faceless thing, won't you, rolling down the street."
"Like a turd... in the wind?"
"Do you feel me?"
『Thug』 "What the hell are you?"
『Eddie & Venom』 ""We, are VENOM!"" with half his face opening up to show's Eddie's right side of the face.
『Venom』 "On second thought..."
『Thug』 "Please-"
He begs quickly noticing Venom's about to change his mind but didn't get to voice out the rest as Venom swallows him whole, then retracting inside Eddie after his meal.
『Mrs Chen』 "Eddie? What was that?" afraid, and confused asks the other person left inside the store.
『Eddie』 "Oh...Pft" scoffing
"I have a parasite. Yeah. Night, Mrs Chen." quickly leaving the store with a speechless cashier.
『Venom』 ("PARASITE"?) complains about being called as such.
『Eddie』 "Yeah. It's a term of endearment, that's all."
『Venom』 (Apologize!) he demands Eddie.
『Eddie』 "No."
『Venom』 (APOLOGIZE!) yells out within his mind with power this time clearly enraged.
『Eddie』 "All right, fine. I'm sorry. So, what do you want to do now?" replies with no remorse then changing the topic quickly as usual.
『Venom』 (The way I see it, 'we' can do whatever 'we' want.)
