A ripple has been created from Davion's actions that are slowly getting bigger that may provide unknown altercations later down the line.
Mainly for someone like Tony Stark that will kickstart the whole MCU, is having doubts about his mindset from watching Davion's interview.
He didn't even want to watch the interview about someone leaving the weapon-making industry.
Because Tony was the type of person who was not even a little bit inclined to watch boring news of another up-and-coming genius of the century like Davion.

It is apparently a hidden feature of the iPhone once you say 'Siri, I'm being pulled over'.
It will immediately initiate multiple different actions at one time.
First will be sending your current pinpointed location to your emergency contact and frequently conversed number.
It will postpone any applications that are being used like music or maps.
Then after which, without any knowledge of the police, the interaction will be recorded or even streamed live based on the user's preference.
While dimming the phone screen down to zero making it look like it is still locked or unused.
After the recording has been finished it will then send the video to the same person your location was sent to.
Upon which it will also upload the video recording of the police interaction to the phone's cloud drive or dropbox to keep a backup in case the phone is confiscated.
All of these done simultaneously when saying the sentence 'Siri, I'm being pulled over'.
Davion added another feature for crime-related situations.
Where once the user says or the phone recognizes specific words or sentences it will alert the authorities immediately.
Words like Help, Robbery, or something alike. Whereas for sentences recognized as a threat will be something along 'Hand over your belongings'.
With such subtle moves, Davion is slowly lowering the apprehension of the people's response when facing the authority.
While also lowering low-level crime rates indirectly.
Because of these actions, the idle and corrupt police officers who were passing their time being racist.
By either hassling and, arresting innocents are forced into action by actual criminals.
Therefore, causing an influx of people being sent to jail or prison.
This stuff is being mentioned as a change for key Marvel characters, is because this situation increased the members of a budding white purist organization.
That is gathering due to their pent-up racist stress that is being bottled up.
These people call themselves 'Sons of the Serpent', currently based in Atlantic City and being led by Jeffrey Franklin Burr or better known in DC as 'Kobra'.

Davion POV
With everything in the plan going along smoothly, can't help but think it is just the 'calm before the storm' with my paranoid mind.
Especially in the Marvel Universe that is combined with many others.
I'm familiar with in my previous life, that I can't help but think that the difficulty is raised by another level.
See, how can you think of conquering the universe if you don't even thoroughly know all the information on your home planet.
Just like the famous quotation of Sun Tzu;

Therefore, before I go conquering other planets, dimensions, the universe, etc…
I should know every corner and inch of my current one.
Before I go exploring elsewhere not until I'm sure that my loved ones are well protected and secure.
That is why it is about time I set up the agencies required for such tasks as reconnaissance, intelligence network, security measures, etc…
Creating my very own SHIELD of USA, and STRIKE of EU, while SPEAR for CHINA after [Battle of New York].
While I will be recreating an organization responsible for eliminating threats, I deem it to be nipped in the bud early.
Before they get more nefarious in the future with the headaches they'll be bringing with their power-up.
Such an example will be the 'League of Assassins' with the 'Hand' as the base for its ninjas, and underworld connection.
Then combined with the features of 'High Table' from John Wick's universe.
Upon which the council comprises 12 seats, with each seat often owned by a family.
According to the wiki were held by the Russian Mafia, Cosa Nostra, Yakuza, Triads, and other mafias.
But the one I will create will be instead composed of someone heading the branches of the seven continents, and five oceans responsible for covering the whole globe.

As if right on cue I receive the update I have been waiting in my office for a long while now.
It's finally time to create a Ra's al Ghul clone.

You know, the organizations with a name like 'Assassins Guild' and 'Fisk Industries' for example with their megalomaniac tendencies not that I'm guilty of…
Well, the reason the matter was handled this early was that these idiots agreed to a global evil organization meeting.
Between underworld superpowers, though of course, the smart ones able to know a trap that it is didn't join the event such as the 'Hellfire Club' for example.
Not that it matters as my main focus was The Hand, Assassin's/Thieve's Guild of Candra one of the Eternals and Fisk Industries those who were gathering powers within New York's shadow.
Of course, it's better to clean the house you're living in before doing the front/back yard on cleaning day am I right?
It's not my fault and duty to stop retarded humans who feel like they can step on the global stage when they come to my doorstep now do I.

『Davion』 "Well, after we found her traces from cleaning out the Red Room do a check-up first."
"To see if she reached the sterilization stage like Natasha before she managed to escape."
"After that don't ask but feel out if she wants to reconnect to her family or not."
『Augur』 (As for the XIPHOS sir?)
『John』 "Hmm… just build the foundations first, as we still have to wait for the guy who will be leading that to be near death in the future."
『Augur』 (Just in sire. The targets in Paris are now ready to be contacted sir. Would you like to do the interview personally or the clone?)
『Davion』 "Those two finally met up? Guess it's about time the little guy ditched the 'suit'."
"I will head out myself, as it finally times their canon finished or so I last remembered."
Though I suspect it before, now it finally makes sense that the events happened a few years earlier than they were released as the protagonists match the age.
