Kapitel 11: Chapter 11

"Can I come in?" Natasha flashed a smile.

That smile he thought he would wake up to everyday. The smile he hated now.

Nathan gritted his teeth. "Yes. Come in." He led her to the living room and stared at her with narrowed eyes.

She smoothened her skirt avoiding his eyes as she spoke. "I'm with Jupiter Industries and we've discussed part of the contract with Antonio but he insisted you go over the details so we can proceed with the building." She held the black folder towards and dropped it on the table when he didn't reach out for it.

"I can't believe you're here."

"Nathan I'm just here to drop-"

He unclenched his fists. "You... You left me, you just left and now you're back. You left me so unexpectedly and without any warning of any kind.

Natasha let out a sigh. "Please stop exaggerating, I left a note. Can we please go back to the contract. That is what I came here for-"

How could she be so calm? She broke up over a note. The fucking nerve!
