Kapitel 146: Do You Like Him?

The whistling sound coming from Yamaguchi Alan's electric kettle rang in the four corners of his small kitchen as the water finally heated up to his liking. 

A few seconds later, Alan came rushing towards the kitchen to turn the switch off before he opened one of his cupboards to pull out a cup of instant ramen from his food supplies.

While he was pouring the hot water on his cup noodles, Alan recalled what he saw at the apartment's front steps a while ago the minute he went home and it instantly made him sad.

For Alan, it was he who should be in that particular position and not Ken. And what is he even doing here in the first place when it is not from this neighborhood?

Before the water could rise even more to its limit, Alan came to his senses just in time and placed back the kettle on the kitchen counter before he sealed his cup noodles once more and waited for the noodles to soften before he could eat them.
