Kapitel 105: welcome home

A tear fell out of his eyes. How many times has he imagined this reunion? It felt better than in his dreams. Now that he could see and touch them, it felt heavenly.

His eyes found Zamarad's smiling face as she stood watching them. Her eyes had traces of tears in them as well. He couldn't help but whisper a thank you to her. She gave him a family.

She gave him a home. He was grateful that she chose to keep his babies. He recalled how emotionally distressed she was when she first found out that she was pregnant.

He recalled being there with her. Watching her breakdown one moment and smile the next. It was one of the incidents that made him crazy about her. She was a strong woman. His strong woman.

He gestured her to join them and she happily did. The rest of the people dispersed giving them the privacy they needed. They felt out of place from how emotional the reunion was.
