Kapitel 7: Chapter 7
So, a few things have happened since the last we saw Rei, at the current time? He was pumping fucking iron my guy.
Apparently, somehow, no matter what. As long as he made sure to rest when he needed to, and eat properly, with how good his mother was at cooking, it was hard to keep him away from the food.
Rei was bewildered when he first find this out, and it was from the village's very own Might Dai, Guy's father that he found this out. It was completely by accident as he overheard a conversation between him and an Akimichi, talking about the proper diet, and talking about how early they had started training, others may no respect the forever Genin, but those who knew Taijutsu? Seen him as a beast.
Apparently, they had both started changing around a year and a half, of course, this interested Rei so he went to ask his parents. When he told them these things, he started to become an absolute gym bro.
Not only was he under one of his new favorite seals, a gravity sealed cranked up to x2, but he was also currently working on his core strength. Sweat was prevalent but he felt great. In the few weeks he had started to train, he could tell when his limit was growing near, it was when even his chakra began to slow down and get tired, that is when he would need to take a break. It was this time that he noticed chakra had some, all be it slow, but natural healing properties. Which was understandable.
He didn't really know how it worked exactly yet, but Naruto as an Uzumaki had a huge chakra pool by himself, while also having a great vitality, but Kurama's chakra in its intensity and near pure form was able to heal him quickly, apparent as Naruto was able to rest for only an hour before ready to fight again.
Rei wasn't that able to do have that much energy, but it was all a matter of time, he also learned something.
As his chakra got better in quality and control, he was able to quicken the rate at which he naturally evolved, it was still pretty slow, but it was good to know for when he was older.
Mei occasionally joined him in training, thinking of it as a form of playing the way Rei pretty much tricked her into it.
Though he did take his discovery of the gravity seal to his parents, at first they were skeptical, but since technically, they were both still active shinobi, they decided to try it. His mother loved it, but then he realized exactly why his father was scared of his mother, on her first gravity seal? Rei had to make an entirely new seal, just for her, why? Well her gravity threshold before she started to feel it was 6, her limit was 10.
Rei was only double and it was like hell, even his own father's hard limit was pushing 7, his mom was terrifying, hands down.
Also, an idea for thought. What if he gave Tsunade these, and she started to work on her speed? She had power, chakra, and stamina, but her speed was slow.
Actually, thinking about the future Hokage, a point raised in Rei's head, he never looked to the Hokage mountain yet. Which, a weird thing to say, but why would he? He had to focus on his own strengthening so he primarily stayed in his clan's compounds that were surrounded by large walls. Jumping onto the roof he began to run and jump along with them before he came to the wall, jumping onto it he looked out over the village for the first time in his new life, wondering why he had never done it until now.
He watched people pass, no one seeming to look up since it was a common occurrence to see a ninja running across the roofs, but there were still plenty of people bustling around, some ninja and some of the police force he could see actively, it wasn't until he looked up that his world started to rapidly turn on its side, scratch that. Someone came in, flipped the world, and slammed a new one into its spot.
Why? There on the Hokage mountain, used to carve the face of Hokage's into it, as a sign of respect, and to make it seem like they were always watching, comforting to the civilians.
Rei, however, was starting to have the start of a panic attack, there, on the mountain? There were only two faces, Hashirama Senju, and Tobirama Senju's face carved into the mountain, which meant Hiruzen wasn't the third Hokage yet, which meant for some strange reason. He, Mei, and Kakashi were all born before they were supposed to be.
Jumping from the wall he ran home, his heart thundering in his chest, how come he never noticed? He was a resident of the fucking village, and he never thought to check the fucking mountain, the go-to place to look at for a reincarnation.
Busting into his home he rushed to his mother, the first one he saw. "Mom, how many Ninja wars have there been?''
His mom looked surprised, not used to seeing Rei looked so panicked, placing a hand onto his shoulder she lowered down, stroking at his cheek and shoulder, trying to help him calm down. ''There has only been one, why?"
Oh fuck. Oh, goobly gobly damn. He was in an AU, an AU where instead of the third war, he and Kakashi would be participating in the second war instead of the third.
''Mom, do you know about Tsunade Senju?''
His mom gushed as she smiled. ''You mean the young Princess? Yes I do, she's just as active as you are, actually, that reminds me, we were invited to her second birthday!"
