Kapitel 66: Aftermath
(AN: Oh yeah, using my author powers, I made it so no one knew of Kazuya killing a god.)

Just like he promised to Hephaestus, Kazuya didn't stay outside for more than 2 days and only stayed at Melen for a day before going back to Orario. When he arrived back, he released a sigh of relief.
Why? Because he hasn't heard anything about a god being sent back to heaven, meaning no one knew of him killing a god.
'Phew! Thank goodness, no one knew about it. Otherwise, it will be troublesome for me.' He thought, after that he directly went to Hephaestus to inform her that he is back.

Knock! Knock!
"Hephaestus, it's me Kazuya" Like usual, he knocked on the door of her office.
"Oh you're back, come in!"
After getting permission, he entered and sat down on the sofa. "As I promised, I went back early and didn't stay outside for more than 2 days," he said
"What did you do outside of Orario?" Hephaestus asked curiously.
"I just did exterminate some bad people and their leader. Then I went to Melen to relax for a day before going back here" He answered, what he said was true since Rudra Familia is an evil familia so its member and god which is like their leader is also considered bad.
"I see, well it's also good that you relax sometimes. I know you're often in the dungeon right?"
He nodded, "Yes" Kazuya was often in the dungeon because of his quest, and he has almost no rest.
When he was not going to the dungeon, he often goes and visits Haruhime who is living with Tsubaki now. And he also trains her, he also helps her with her magic.
He already gave her the grimoire he bought too and had her practice the magic it contains since it will be helpful for her.
"Yes, I had fun in Melen. There are so many people from different kingdoms and countries too. And their fishes and other seafood are fresh" Kazuya said while remembering his time in Melen. He enjoyed it, along with the fresh seafood he cooked. The only thing missing is some companions to enjoy his time.
Hephaestus listened and smiled, "I'm glad you enjoyed your time there"
"Hahaha, thank you Hephaestus"
The two talked about what happened in each other time during when Kazuya left. For Hephaestus, it was mostly about work since she was super busy.
While Kazuya, he told her about the things that he did in his time outside, of course, he exempted the event about killing Rudra and destroying his familia.
He didn't say it to her, not because he doesn't trust her but it's just, Hephaestus didn't need to know about it as it doesn't concern her that much.
-------Scene Change------
Kazuya was now training Haruhime after he went to Hephaestus. He is training her in using her tanto. Although Haruhime is more of a mage/support, Kazuya knows that she needs to know a bit of weapon-wielding.
She doesn't need to master using it, but she needs to have enough mastery over it so she can protect herself. It's because others can't always protect her.
Clang!
"Put more strength into it. And your swings are too wide, if you are in a battle, you'll already be dead." Kazuya said to her, to correct her mistake.
"Yes!" she answered
"Don't swing too far and keep it near you so you can defend when needed"
This continued for an hour, Kazuya teaching her through sparring. Of course, he only defended while she attacked, and he points out her mistakes.
"Alright, let's stop now" Kazuya brought out two towels from his inventory and have one for Haruhime, "Here, while your sweat off. Anyway how's your magic training?" he asked while wiping off his sweat.
"Thank you, Kazuya-sama," She said while also wiling her sweat, "My magic training is going great. I can already manifest one tail using Kokonoe, and I'm slowly able to use, Uchide no Kozuchi"
"Hmm..." He hummed as he listened to her. Kokonoe was the magic that was contained inside the grimoire he bought for her. It was the same magic in the grimoire, Aisha will steal to give Haruhime.
It is a special enchant magic that creates a maximum of nine tails on Haruhime. By chant connecting Uchide no Kozuchi with it, she will be able to add the former's effects to each of the tails she creates, enabling her to cast it on multiple people at once.
That's why he bought it after seeing it in the system shop. He wants her to learn it early so her mastery over it will be great year's later. And with the help of Hephaestus Familia, she could possibly become a high-level adventurer too.
The two went inside of Tsubaki's house, of course they had permission from the owner herself. Entering, they saw Tsubaki there waiting for them.
"Done with her training?" She asked
"Yeah" Kazuya nodded, and started to walk towards the kitchen, "I'll use your kitchen okay? I'll make us lunch" he sa8d without turning his head
"Sure!" Tsubaki answered excitedly
It was currently lunchtime now, Kazuya arrived back in Orario this morning after staying in Melen for a day.
After cooking, Kazuya served the food to the other two. And with that, they had a delicious lunch. Kazuya also smiled upon seeing the happy faces of the two as they are the food he cooked.
He relaxed as well since, tomorrow he would probably go in the dungeon to try and level up faster.
