Kapitel 5: Unlucky, kinda (PT 1)
In terms of speed, Daniel was leagues behind. He could barely walk because of his already weakened body let alone run.
"Shit, I can't keep up!" Daniel said to himself, taking a deep breath and swallowing any moisture in his mouth.
After another ten seconds of running. Daniel came to a jog then to a halt. He'd exhausted all his energy, he had been left in the dust.
Even if he didn't get the wolf he had ran far enough away from the crowd to leave unnoticed.
Daniel had halted his dash and fell to his knees, recovering from his lack of breath.
"Fuck, how can I level up in this situation" Daniel said before crossing his legs onto the grass letting out a heavy sigh.
*Squeal*
A distant squeal had caught Daniel's attention. Just over his shoulders was a young man with pitch black hair and simple beginner's equipment slashing through them like butter.
Daniel stared, all he wanted was to be that man in the fields. "I want to be unrestrained, like him." Daniel said smacking his fist into the ground.
The this made the man in pitch black hair alert and run away, leaving Daniel laying on the hill by himself
As Daniel was about to have serious doubts about his decision, he turned his attention to the slurry of particles reforming before him.
These particles formed into a figure of a boar. The figure had soon been given definition, making multiple strands of hair covering itself.
"A boar?" Daniel said standing infront of the boar.
The boar's eyes came to life and attacked Daniel, knocking Daniel down to the ground.
"Fuck" Daniel said proping himself up on his spear. Daniel's eyes narrowed and focused on the eyes of the boar.
As the eyes flashed red Daniel said "Now!"
He dashed towards the boar, slicing through its body. His strike left red particles through the air. "So the eyes indicated attack.. Thank god I played RPG's before I got put in that hole." Daniel said brushing his uncut hair to the side.
The familiar blue screen of SAO put itself infront of Daniel. It held the message 'Boar killed: 5 XP gained, Boar tusk: x 1'.
"Fuck Yeah!" Daniel threw his fist into the air.
A tear of relief left fell from his cheek. Daniel took a battle stance as he prepared for the next monster.
'Wave 1, Begin!'
A blue message popped into his face. "Shit!" Daniel looked around himself to see multiple boars and wolves surrounding him.
His eyes narrowed charging towards the pack of wolves.
"Fuck you!"
