This number of people might not seem like much, but it was just an illusion caused by the number. With this technique, he could now defeat 16 people who were 100% stronger than him with a single glance, who could be level 94 or 95 Demigods if he used his innate ability in conjunction with this technique.

His Dragon's Gaze was superior to this mental technique, so since it had also evolved, Minos felt that it could even affect level 96 Demigods!
