Kapitel 124: Reminiscing

Jordan and Edmund stand in front of Eliza reporting how they destroyed the Loner and the countermeasures they will take against the Melleffor.

"My Lady, the Loner Corporation stocks, they are plummeting, shall we leave them for someone else or shall we buy them for ourselves?" Edmund spoke with the utmost respect for Eliza. His playful attitude was nowhere to be found. 

"Oh, buy them, and transfer them to your name. That will be part of my dowry for your wedding with June. Remember, you need to make your own side Branch of the Scott. A Cooper can't be self-expelled without recognition of a Golden Royal."

After a pause, Eliza continued, "Remember that although the Coopers do not address themselves as a Royal, the title, they have it. And for the others below you, it is more than enough to stand up to them, but I have not approved of your self-expulsion from the family, and if I do not, the rest of the Golden Royals... None will do so without my consent."
