After making the rounds, in his opinion, the most suitable plot was actually the one beside Amy's Bakery. It was not the largest but it was not small either. It should be a good size for a fledgling restaurant. And the customers that came to Amy's Bakery would be easily exposed to the existence of the Restaurant, which would also be a good advertising point. And it was close to where he stayed, so it was another plus point.
