Kapitel 54: Little Garden
(A/N: Sorry for the late chapter. I had a lot of school works and couldn't finish the chapter in time.)

Inside of a bar there were three kids who were eating a lot of food, and while they were eating food a green-haired waitress went to them and showed them the newspaper for the day. "Luffy! Look at Alex's bounty! It went up again and this time it's even higher than the last time." Luffy stopped eating and looked at the bounty with stars in his eyes as he said "Woah! Alex is really amazing! He has a super big bounty now! I have to train harder now so I can surpass him and Shanks and become the Pirate King!" after saying that, he got two bonks on the head as two ten year old kids said "No! I'll become the Pirate King before you and Ace!" and the other kid called Ace didn't back down as he said "I'l become the Pirate King before any of you losers! I'll leave both of you behind Luffy and Sabo, so catch up!" then they all started arguing about who will become Pirate King as Makino thought 'Franco, please be safe.'

"Captain, I challenge you to a shooting match again. I'll best you this time around." said Van Augur in a calm voice while Alex just said, "Alright, you're on but don't blame me when you lose again." Van Augur snorted and prepared his rifle and asked "So, what are we shooting today captain?" Alex just pointed at something but it was not really seen by the crew except him and, although a bit blurry, Van Augur. "Shoot any one of those and you win." Van Augur nodded and concentrated and he was silent for a few moments while breathing slowly. He aimed at the birds and shot one of the birds.
*BANG*
Unfortunately, Van Augur's long-range shooting was still inferior compared to Alex as he missed the bird by a hair's breadth. Van Augur was frustrated as he said, "Tch, I'd like to see you hit a bird from this distance, captain." Alex just smiled at him and pointed his gun and shot it. Van Augur was surprised at his captain's actions as he didn't think that his captain would hit a bird with that fast of an aim. But, Alex has trained his marksmanship since he was a kid and he hit the bird's head as he put back his rifle and smiled at Van Augur while saying, "Well I guess it's my lucky day today." and went back to the kitchen to eat with the crew after their training. Van Augur, on the other hand, looked at his rifle and thought 'Just you wait captain, I will surpass you and become the best sniper in the world.'
The voyage towards Little Garden was peaceful and one day while the crew was busy with their training, Alex found Cierra in the ship's library. Their relationship was getting better as she was talking more to the crew and warming up to them. Although she still answers or talks in short sentences or even answering with just a word, it was still an improvement since she wouldn't really talk to them during the first few days she was traveling with them. She was currently reading a book about money and how to bargain like a godly merchant. Alex was curious as to why she was reading those books so he asked, "Why are you reading that book? Do you want to become a merchant or something?" Cierra looked at him and answered, "I need a lot of money and I need to learn how to get more money." Alex was curious as to why she needs a lot of money and asks again, "Why do you need a lot of money?" Cierra put down the book and looked at Alex as she said "My parents are slaves. I want to buy them back." as she said this, tears start forming in her eyes as she runs back to her room leaving Alex stunned at what he heard. 'I never thought Cierra would be carrying this sort of burden, but as her captain, I should do my best to help her with their problems.' said Alex in his mind as he starts to plan how to make Cierra the leader of his future dealings with the Underworld. Alex didn't know this but in the future, Cierra would be known in the Underworld as the 'Medusa of the Underworld' as she would be ruthless in dealing with the merchants who cross her.
As they were sailing, Alex saw Law looking at the sea while he was deep in his thoughts. He had a rough idea as to what Law was thinking about but decided to ask Law anyway. "What are you thinking about? Is it Doflamingo? I have heard he and his crew are currently roaming the seas." Law didn't look at Alex and but still replied "Yeah, I have also heard from the islands we just came from. When we meet him, I ask that you let me fight him as I want to get my revenge on him." Alex nodded and replied "Alright, I will give you your fight against him but if you will be in danger, I will not hesitate to step in and fight him myself. I don't plan on losing my crew's doctor anytime soon." Alex then patted Law's shoulder then left to train his Devil Fruit again.
After sailing for a couple of days, they finally reach Little Garden and they saw two mountains that were roughly the same size and a very dense jungle. They docked their ship and went to explore the island with some of the crew because the others either didn't want to explore because of the climate or wanted to watch the ship so it doesn't get damaged while they are away. The ones who stayed were Petronia, Cierra, Fraulein, Dante and Katarina. They began to explore the jungle and they have been seeing dinosaurs and they have been hearing a volcano that kept erupting. They also felt very strong earthquakes while they were exploring.

ImStar0710 My novel will still follow the canon timeline, but since my OCs would be added there are more things that would change in the One Piece World. This novel is just a product of my ideas that I got while I was reading about One Piece.
