Kapitel 33: Auction Crashers
<??? POV>
'Where am I? Why did they do this to me? What did my family do wrong? I want to go home. I'm so alone. Someone please help me. I want to go home.' I thought as a few weeks earlier, I was enjoying a fun and peaceful life with my family. I started to remember my happy memories with my family.
(Flashback)
"Dad, Mom, look what I got from the forest." I said as I was holding a bunny.
"Wow! Good job Petronia! We're so proud of you! Now we just have to cook it and we can eat it for dinner." said my mom
"Well I don't know about you but I'm getting hungry. So why don't we cook it already so we can have dinner with the food that our little Petronia got us" said my dad as he ruffles my hair.
"Dad, I'm not little anymore I'm already eighteen years old!" I said as I puff my cheeks.
My father and mother just laugh as they cook our dinner and enjoy some bonding time with each other.
(Timeskip)
It was my birthday today and I turn nineteen today. I woke up and went towards my parents as they surprised me with cake and they gave me a gift.
"Happy Birthday Petronia! We know how much you love the sea so we got you a present that would help you when you set sail." said my mom as she saw my happy expression.
I opened the gift and saw it was about everything I have to know to be the best navigator I could be. I hugged and thanked my parents for my gift and said "Thank you, Mom and Dad! I will learn everything in this book and I'll take you both with me as we sail across the sea!" my parents smiled and said "We are looking forward to the day we, as a family, will sail together."
(Timeskip)
A few weeks after my birthday, tragedy struck my village. There were slave traders who were trying to capture us and kill the ones that resist. My parents tried to run away with me but were shot down by the Marines who were with the slave traders.
I saw my parents that were shot and I was shocked but I went to their side to talk to them one last time. I then heard my mom speak "Petronia, mom and dad are sorry that we couldn't sail together, so take this and remember that whenever you set sail, we are always with you." my mom gave me our family picture that was taken during my first birthday. I cried while holding my parents' corpses as I was then captured along with the other villagers, and was sent to various islands in the Blues and the Grandline.
I still couldn't believe what happened to my life as I tried my best to live for my parents and to maintain my sanity. 'Why? Why? Why?' this was the only question in my head as I was being shipped to another island. I didn't really know why we were being treated like this. I just wanted to get out of the ship and live a free and peaceful life. But sI could only hope that someone will save me from my cruel fate.
(Flashback End)
As I wait to be shown to the crowd, I was scared but tried to calm myself by telling myself that I might be bought by someone who would take care of me. While I was thinking to myself, I suddenly felt the ground shake and heard people screaming. 'What was that? Am I really going to die this way?' I thought as I was getting ready to die.
And as I was accepting her fate, someone took of the sack on my head. And as the sack was removed, I saw a boy a little bit younger than me who was reaching out to me and asking me to come with him. I took his hand and I was led outside of the auction house. When I got out, I was blinded by the bright sun, which I haven't seen in weeks. I was enjoying being out of that terrible place when I heard the boy asking me "Are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere?"
<3rd POV>
Alex asked the girl "Are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere?" and the just said yes to the first question and no to the second question. Hearing this, Alex was relieved because he thought he was too late.
"My name is Alex, what is yours? Do you remember where you live? Where are your parents?" when the girl heard this she started tearing up and Alex knew he f***** up and immediately comforted the girl and waited for her to calm down. The girl finally calmed down and she answered "My name is Petronia and I lived in Fala Village and my parents were both killed when slave traders attacked our village. So, I don't have any family anymore." Petronia answered as she started to tear up again.
While she was tearing up, Alex suddenly had an idea and asked her a question "How old are you Petronia?" Petronia just answered even if she was confused at the random question "I'm nineteen years old, why?"
"Okay, that's good." Petronia heard this and got scared since she thought he was going to sell her and he was trying to get her information. Alex saw this and immediately said "No you misunderstood me! I was just asking because if you want to, you can join my family and my crew. I'll just tell my parents about your situation and I'm sure they'll accept. Plus, I've always wanted an older sister." Petronia heard this and hugged her now new little brother and as they were hugging they heard a cough. This was Franco, who just finished cleaning up the auction house and looting all the goods and putting it in a sack, as he said "I hate to break your family moment, but we have to leave now or else we would get arrested by the Marines. And what we did will surely get us arrested." they both nodded and left with Franco as they went back to the ship where the crew was waiting for them.
When they got to the boat, the crew was surprised that Alex and Franco had a girl that was trailing them and was hiding behind Alex while hugging his arm. Robin who saw this was a little bit angry, but didn't show it as she asked "Who is the girl behind you?" Alex introduced her to the crew "This is Petronia, my older sister and a Three-eyed person." the crew were shocked because they looked nothing alike and the girl had three eyes and Alex only had two, but Franco cleared up the misunderstanding by telling them what happened. The crew then accepted her into the family and sailed away from the island before they get stopped and arrested by the Marines.

ImStar0710 My novel will still follow the canon timeline, but since my OCs would be added there are more things that would change in the One Piece World. This novel is just a product of my ideas that I got while I was reading about One Piece.
