Kapitel 167: The knocking on the door

The next morning. Pearl woke up a little tired but she used this as an excuse to not go downstairs and meet everyone. After what happened last night. She doesn't want to see or talk with anyone. She just wanted to go back to the apartment. There she will feel much more comfortable.

"I will bring breakfast here. You stay in bed." Issac said, kissing her forehead. 

 "Thank you." Pearl said to him. Glad that he didn't insist on her going downstairs. 

"Don't thank me. It's my duty to take care of you and this troublemaker that keeps making you sick." He joked about touching her belly, gently rubbing it. 

At moments like these., Pearl feels as if nothing matters in this world except for him in her life making her happy.
