Clark also learned some news about General Bakash. What shocked him, was that the 5 soldiers who always followed the General were all 3rd rank high-grade soldiers. The force committed to this mission was just outrageous.

The Spartan army released another four 4th rank high-grade soldiers and ten 2nd rank high-grade soldiers for the mission.
