Nishai was bound by a promise and in her world, promises were never broken.

It kinda hurt though how Rhian was giving up that fast. She had expected the girl to throw tantrums and even break something. She wanted her to lash out, and tell her it was a mistake.

She paused and waited for Rhian to tell her to stop because she changed her mind, but she didn't, and on her behalf, Nishai's heart broke. She couldn't help but wonder what was so wrong that she was really ready to give up everything just to forget.

She needed a new start, but were her memories really a hindrance to her new start?
