Kapitel 40: "Father-in-law"
Six months had passed, Ezy's mother had already recovered from her pregnancy making her fit to travel while planning to continue her rest on their new home, and now they are readying to travel to their new home. Most of the servants will be coming with them showing their loyalty to Mr. and Mrs. Yeagar and now they busy packing the thing needed by the and Ezy's thing that belongs to them.
Amor is happily ordering the servant kindly while her husband Adam escorts her thought out the Walker mansion. The servant can feel their mistress looking forward to this travel because they know that place was her birthplace while her relatives were also living there.
Ezy now was strolling around the mansion being escort by Natalia having a last look at this Mansion that will be given to the new successor of the Walker clan. looking at the servant busy moving around, Ezy smiled feeling the peace of a normal life. With a mischievous smile, Ezy round around the place making the servants smile hearing their Young master giggle while the men drool and fantasized about Natalia who is also running with their Young master sweating and revealing some sexy images for them to treasure and use for future bathroom businesses.
Ezy teased Natalia chasing him while dodging her grabs making her annoyed but his happiness was stopped by the loud announcement of a servant from the entrance.
"Hear ye, hear ye! Announcing the arrival of his Royal highness King Vernon and Princess Victoria.."
Everyone gathered up at the entrance followed by Ezy and his parents who only bowed their heads while the others kneeled down to pay respect to the Royalties. It's already normal to the others about this knowing Adam was considered a hero for saving the Royal family from peril while his family was mix with this.
Adam and Amor came close to King Vernon while Adam gives a big hug to the King showing their relationship became deeper in the past months always being visited by the King and Queen while sometimes Adam and Amor will also visit the Royal castle bringing Ezy and Natalia. They made their normal day greetings by escorting them to a place they can sit while taking snacks and coffee.
Vicky looked at Ezy hugging Natalia who is showing an embarrassing expression and saw Natalia was drenched with sweat. She saw Ezy enjoying the sticky feeling and his nose hole was like a vacuum cleaner not wasting the smell sipping out from Natalia making her uncomfortable.
Vicky gestured for Natalia to get a shower with Ezy and told her to follow them to the guest room.
King Vernon saw her daughter came into the room telling them that the Baby and his servant went to clean themselves.
"Adam, what is your plan?" King Vernon said curiously.
"I was planning on starting a company but a company wishes for me to be a CEO and offered me a salary that I can't refuse..." Adam smiled showing delight in his new job while his wife was happy knowing that his husband found something to focus his energy on while in a good position offered.
King Vernon can only smile bitterly knowing this company is connected to their son moving silently in the dack and paving a pathway to his parents. He can only wish that Adam have some free time in the future and come visit the kingdom while giving the younger clan generation some help from his connections.
King Vernon signaled the knight who is carrying a long black briefcase while Adam observed that the night is grimacing but the briefcase on the table in front of them and heard a thud sound putting it on the top of the table.
King Vernon gestured to Adam to open it while smiling proudly at the item inside that was saw by Adam opening it.
"This is the reward of the kingdom to you saving the Royal families from danger," while continuing not letting Adam reply.
"This sword is made by our latest breakthrough on forging a sword from the meteorite making it silver-white that the kingdom discovered long ago while the unification was still ongoing," showing his proud smile mentioning his kingdom's long history.
"This is a two and a half meter long sword meteorite steel blade while the handle is more than half a meters. The kingdom almost gifted you a golden lion crest at the end of the handle as the golden lion hero of the kingdom and it is equal to your Yeager family name level of pride and justice as a hero of our kingdom." While gesturing Adam to hold and carry the sword to try but deep inside the King, he knows that Adam still doesn't have the strength to wield it while thinking this sword will slumber for 21 years receiving dust on a corner.
Adam holds the sword and when he tried to move it up, he could now feel the great weight coming from the long sword but his pride as a father of the first generation in his family made him not accept this embarrassing moment while everyone was looking while he looked at his wife with full if the determination to protect her and thinking about his son making himself as a good model to be proud of.
While thinking about all of this, something came inside him from the handle he was holding while a pain enveloped his whole body feeling the unknown force like a gallon of water was injected into his palm.
He could feel it traveling fast inside his body making him feel the pain that even he cannot tolerate while releasing a loud howl of pain.
Everyone was shocked hearing him growling with the pain while seeing his wife with a terrified face is now approaching him.
Feeling her wife approaching him, Adam gestured to Amor not to come near him fearing she would also be infected by this unknown force making him kneel to the floor in pain.
Amor stopped near Adam and sat on the floor with a sorrowful face looking at her husband and started to cry from fear of losing him.
King Vernon has a serious face observing the situation feeling fear of misunderstanding when he saw the baby came inside with an angry face discovering his parent's situation.
He looked at his daughter for help explaining but he saw her sipping a coffee with an amazing expression looking at Adam.
He could feel no anger from the two but an annoyed expression looking at him making him dejected and embarrassed not knowing why.
While everyone was shocked looking at Adam who stopped shouting pain while holding amazement at the sword now wielding it like its nothing and can feel that his body strength when to a great change.
Not feeling anything wrong with his body, he dashed to his wife with an unimaginable speed shocking everyone seeing him carry his wife like a princess and kiss her passionately removing her sorrow to embarrassment while everyone was looking.
"Victoria.... I...." King Vernon came near to Vicky but was interrupted by her annoying words.
"Father, next time you give someone a meteorite sword or any related meteorite items... make it a place where only trusted people is around to avoid a commotion to the people," While seeing Adam rush out of the guest room bringing his wife with him looking like his undergoing something dashing straight to the toilet.
They could hear Amor was shouting angrily echoing to the hallway.
Vicky gestured for everyone to vacate and begin explaining the meteorite's probable mysterious abilities while adding some additional information related to mysterious items.
"So... You're telling me that some people with deep ambition or strong craving for power??."
"Yes, father-in-law, your stupidity...cough cough.. I mean your ignorance made my mother cry while making the others afraid and amazed at the event my father presented like a monkey in a show," Ezy words was harsh feeling his annoyance at what happened while the King eyebrows were twitching hearing disrespect from Ezy making Vicky not to know to laugh or cry to his father's trembling from embarrassment.
King Vernon ignored Ezy while asking her daughter about the mysterious items fearing they would start any problems mixing with the normal people but Ezy replied for Vicky making the King irritated to hear his title to this baby.
"Father-in-law... No need to be alarm because many already had it on their hands while making a low profile not attracting attention from the government or people that are leading them while others use it to gain popularity and high position in life like your family for example," looking at the King with a condescending expression but changes it to an innocent baby-in-law making King Vernon and Vicky roll their eyes at him.
"But we don't have types of equipment being passed down by this kingdom..." King Vernon replied while trying to remember from their ancestor's book of records.
Ezy looked at Vicky avoiding stepping on a topic that is overstepping his place making Vicky smiled back at him lovingly making King Vernon shield his daughter's eyesight showing his back to Ezy.
Ezy was annoyed that his heart-to-heart eye connection to Vicky was cut making a big backlash to his body making him drive to his big bunny friends for emotional comfort while giving them kisses and also get some lunch meals.
"Father... that weapon is not compatible to you and also to me being domesticated by the modern era while gifted with the power to control a country. But I was planning to influence your passion before introducing you the sword or making you a choice to change yourself in 21 years..."
King was shocked to hear his daughter's plan in changing his personality while disappointed in not achieving the power that even Adam had already received.
Seeing her father's disappointed face, Vicky explained more.
Hearing her daughter's explanation while realizing that her daughter will change her personality from the image of the founder and first King who walk and ruled this land making a foundation for their Royal family to build was is it now.
While King Vernon was listening to her daughter's education about the real story of his first King ancestry.
Ezy was scared shitless while praying Vicky not to visit him always and totally abandoning this Kingdom for his future plans hearing the father and daughter madness on their journey to cultivate their ancestry old footsteps.
