Kapitel 63: Leave No Regrets

"Mummy!" A broad smile spreads on Scarlett's face as she engulfs both her kids into a warm hug while lying down on her bed. 

"Oh, my babies! How I missed you so much my darlings!" She cuddles with them and the both of them giggle. 

"Mummy when are you coming back home?" David asks, backing away from her hug. 

"Yes, mummy! We miss you and we are not going without taking you home with us today." Ruby voices her protest. 

"Soon honey. Mommy is feeling much better now." She smiled but it didn't reach her eyes. 

Doris watched the scene with sad eyes while standing behind the door as children meet with their mom. 

Paul Harrington was standing not too far away from her, arguing with the doctors. She could hear each word they discussed. 

"We are unable to determine the cause sir, her health is declining daily." The doctor admitted for the second time after yesterday.
