Kapitel 19: Only again

Leo

I woke up next to Marco in my room, everything was so calm that I found it a little strange and decided to wake Marco up to get down together, we went down quietly and the house lights were off, only the STATIC TV was on and Casey was lying on the couch without moving.

—Casey... are you okay? —Leo asks as he gets closer and looks at the marks on Casey's neck.

—Leo, is Cass asleep? —Marco asks confusedly.

—No... she is no longer alive —Leo says as she falls to her knees on the floor.

Marco was trying to assimilate what was going on, he hadn't seen his sister in weeks and now a couple of days pass and she dies, it was the shadows and they'll come for us, but I'll never let myself give up so easily and less after what they did to Casey.
